Job Key Details
Create and maintain annual budgets
Implement daily accounting activities in accordance with the company’s accounting policies and procedures
Make sure all financial data is collected and entered accurately
Evaluate cash and banking facilities
Perform bank reconciliations
Analyze payments vouchers to ensure compliance to approved procedures
Plan and supervise all daily, weekly and monthly cash requirements
Prepare accurate reports
Manage account payable and receivable
Make sure all filing of financial documentation is maintained properly
Keep accurate accounting records
Organize reconciliation items in the bank statements, payrolls etc
Communicate with suppliers to facilitate reconciliation of accounts
Requirements
Experience: 1 year
Bachelor degree
Bachelors or Masters of Commerce from a recognized institution
At least one to two years of practical accounting experience in the UAE
Should have strong knowledge of the Tally software
Familiarity with general ledger, account payable, account receivable, payment follow-ups etc
Ability to work well under pressure with little supervision
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Must be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Salary: AED 4,500
