Director – Hospital Operations

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a non Medical – Director (operations) for their client in Kuwait which is a reputed private hospital successfully serving the region for over two decades and who are now looking for a Non Medical Director – Operations & Management with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in leading a medium to large sized hospital in the Middle East as a Director of Operations and Management.Candidates without experience in a leadership role at a JCIA hospital in the Middle East would not qualify for this vacancy.
Salary: Aed 45,000 to Aed 60,000 (KWD 3,729 – KWD 4,972) per month plus family benefits (salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience)
