Sales Executive Role and Responsibilities This role involves the following responsibilities:
• To identify business opportunities by clearly identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales opportunities • To sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. • To maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, profit and service improvements. • To keep up to date with current on industry trends, market activities and competitors • To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards • To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and actively participating in professional societies • To produce accurate quotations with the support of the Sales Manager, Operations Manager & Technical Team • To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • To ensure high standard of business ethics • To monitor and maintain the financial viability of the projects being undertaken • To maintain accurate records on CRM • To prepare yearly/monthly sales plans • To prioritize company interests at all times and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, venue managers and colleagues. • To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and service • To negotiate close sales and handle complaints or objections from the client • Gather feed back from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements
Experience: 3 years
Bachelor degree
Preferably from the Event background
should be fluent in English
Arabic is an advantage
Should know the corporate market
