Description
Looking for Receptionist / Secretary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Key Details
Welcome visitors and provide them with the necessary assistance
Respond to telephones and direct them if necessary
Undertake general administrative and clerical duties in the home
Preserve an effective mail system in the office
Respond and share incoming mails as well as invoices to respective parties
Assist callers with the required information
Order, receive, stock and distribute office supplies
Type correspondence as required
Maintain a tidy and clean reception area
Appropriately organize the meeting room
Any other related tasks as may be assigned
Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any related field of study
Demonstrated experience as a secretary, receptionist or similar role required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Should have strong computer skills with the ability to type first
Good organizing and planning skills

Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Secures financial information by completing database backups.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
