Store keeper (F & B Industry)

Summary
Primary responsibility of the Stock & Purchase Supervisor is to reduce cost of purchase by
ordering at the right time, for right price and quality. The policy is to purchase from sources that
consistently deliver on time, raw material to the required specification at a fair and reasonable
price and ensure that all purchases are done in a cost saving manner.
He/she is also responsible of all purchased stock items; ingredients and packaging items in the
CPU Stores; must ensure proper care of storage and issue items with proper approval.
Supervisor is responsible of maintaining overall purchase stock budget.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
 - Responsible of timely material purchase and is responsible for obtaining the regular
order quantity
- LPO should be sent to Supplier well in advance and ensure that raw material stock is
available for daily consumption.
 - Obtain monthly/weekly/daily consumption plan from restaurant Supervisors and
improve purchase efficiency and reduce cost
 - Ensure proper order quantity has been received and physically verify the weight and
quality of the items.
 - Ensure raw material received are matched with LPO, price and quantity and maintained
in proper inventory control
 - Ensure material delivery would be only between 1.00pm – 6.00 pm.
 - Ensure all restaurant requests are recorded, and proper inventory records are
maintained
 - Control the storage and responsible for all stock item usage.
 - Maintain proper inventory control of consumable items.
 - No items should be issued without the material request. All product issuances are
recorded, and proper inventory records are maintained
 - Verify the material request and ensure right quantity of LPO is issued to Supplier within
monthly purchase plan and budget
 - Responsible to request /inform Management of monthly purchase budget of
Ingredients, Packaging and Consumables.

Camp Boss

Overall responsibility of Facility and Accommodation Management. Upkeep and maintenance of Camp Accommodation. Statutory and other third-party Audit compliance related to Camp. Maintaining high standard of Welfare, Health and Safety at Camp accommodation. Acquisition/Leasing of required Camp and day to day management of the same and completion of necessary documents and Statutory compliance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:-Acquisition, Management and maintenance of Workmen accommodation
• Assessing the requirement of Workmen accommodation in coordination with all concerned.
• Ensuring enough accommodation is available to accommodate all eligible employee both existing and new and if required arranging to acquire additional accommodation within minimum lead time and cost.
• Complete all necessary arrangements, documentation and statutory compliance including required certifications/inspections, for existing and new own/leased accommodation.
• Develop and implement policies, systems and procedures for management and maintenance of all accommodation up to the desired level of quality including Safety, Welfare and Health of all occupants.
• Expense and inventory management related to accommodations.
• Strive for continuous improvement of satisfaction of employees residing in company accommodations.
• Strive to optimize and minimize expenses related to facilities and accommodation management and other related heads of expenses.
• Ensure first aid and proactive/immediate medical attention to employees at company accommodation.
• Ensuring safety, health and security of employees living in company accommodation.
• Schedule staff welfare programs at the Camp for creating overall wellness and awareness of employees residing at company accommodations.
• Maintenance of all related documents and records.
• Update and provide necessary periodic/adhoc Reports related to facilities and accommodation management.
• Ensure completion of Performance Management, guidance, and training of subordinate staff.
• Guide and lead the team for optimum performance and self-development.
• Ensure succession planning and management during leave and absence.
• Strive for continuous improvement of processes, cost and efficiency over historical.
• Ensure compliance of requirement of Main Contractor and other third party Audit checklist and strive to maintain high standard of Health, Welfare and safety, proactively at the Company and Camp premises.
• Provide necessary assistance to HRAD team as and when required
